Do I need to be there during the clean?+
No. Most clients hand over the keys and return to a finished property. That is rather the point.
Do you do offices as well as homes?+
Yes. Commercial janitorial, day porter service, and office cleaning sit alongside residential deep cleaning and move-in/move-out work.
What does "property services" cover?+
Beyond cleaning: handyman touch-ups, floor waxing, window cleaning, and day porter coverage. One appointment can cover several of them.
